My name is Cassidy, and I’m going to be talking to you about my experience with Exomind, and I’ll share some of my testimony with you. So for the past year or so, I’ve been dealing with body image issues, and I’ve been battling restricting my caloric intake. I’ve been really obsessive about what I eat and just really watching what I eat. I lost a lot of weight, and it was getting to the point where my vitals were getting really out of sorts, and my mom was taking me to the doctor. My doctor was telling me, I have to eat more. I have to be eating certain foods. I have to be getting to a healthy weight.
So I came back home, and my mom and my doctors were encouraging me to eat more. I started eating more, started increasing my caloric intake, and I started reaching a healthier weight. But the problem that I kind of took with me was that I started overeating. I developed a habit of overeating, and my mindset was just very unstable. I just wasn’t able to just eat normally. I was just losing control every time I would eat, and I would just eat way too much, and it became just a normal everyday thing for me. And it was just really messing with my health, and my mental health, especially.
My mom was just looking for like anything to help me. She was looking for therapists, and she was just looking for like other resources or tools that might help me to just like combat this. And she came across Dr. Josh Ledbetter’s Exomind treatment that he was offering.
I had experience seeing Dr Josh. I had come to see him regularly for chiropractic work a couple years prior to that, and she suggested that I just go and try it out the Exomind to just see how it worked, if it would help. And after two visits, I started noticing a difference in the way my mind was working in general. When I would be eating, my mind was different. I started seeing food not as something that I should just abuse and overindulge in. My mind started telling me, you don’t need to eat any more than just this amount. I just started to get calmer and even as I would be leaving the I would be leaving the office, my mind would just be so much more at ease and just able to think more clearly and just with more stability.
I’ve just noticed an overall change in my mental health, and I’ve been able to control myself with eating a lot better. There’s always going to be personal self discipline that I have to work on. But this tool has been really helpful in getting me on that path to getting my mental health better overall and just being able to not over indulge the same way I used to.
